Fisetin is a flavonol, a structurally distinct chemical substance that belongs to the flavonoid group of polyphenols. It is extracted from Cotinus Coggygria(Smoketree, source is China)， also be found in certain foods such as apples ，strawberries and other natural foods, enhanced memory in mice by increasing activation of a specific transcription factor, the CAMP response element-binding protein.
